Hi, I’m Katie. I work with adults and teens who feel trapped in self-doubt, harsh inner criticism, or the same relationship patterns over and over. Together, we rewrite the beliefs that keep you stuck, so you can feel more confident, steady, and connected in your life.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish online throughout Washington and Oregon, and walk-and-talk sessions in the greater Seattle area.
