​Qualifications and Approach

  • ​I have over 10 years of experience working with trauma and immigration in Spanish and English in the US, Mexico, and Central America. I lived in Mexico and Guatemala for 8 years and speak Spanish fluently and work with court interpreters for other languages.

  • As a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT), I am experienced in assessing substance abuse for court proceedings, including non-citizen DUI.

  • Flexible scheduling can be accommodated, including evenings and weekends. Assessments can be conducted via secure telehealth video service throughout Washington and Oregon or in your attorney's office in the Seattle area (if available).

  • As a social worker and mental health specialist, I am trained in evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches. As an immigration evaluator, I have received training through the Immigration Evaluation Institute

Timeline & Fees

  • Full evaluation (1-2 interviews and detailed report submitted within 14 days of last interview): $1200

  • Expedited evaluation (report submitted within 7 days of last interview) - $1800

  • Rushed evaluation (36 hours from last interview) - $2200
