Anxiety Treatment

Anxiety
Does any of this sound familiar?
You second (third, fourth...) guess yourself regularly, even when others trust or agree with you.
You feel nervous or like something bad is about to happen, even when you're not sure what.
You constantly feel like you're somehow both too much and not enough and spend a lot of time worrying about how to fix it.
You put effort into creating calm spaces and peaceful practices...but even when the external chaos stops, your mind still races.
You have trouble calming your mind at night or wake up in a panic, and your sleep suffers because of it.
You feel disconnected from your body or like you have no control over it.
Anxiety can show up in so many ways—racing thoughts that won’t quiet, a body that always feels on edge, or a constant sense that you’re falling behind or not doing enough. Sometimes it’s rooted in old survival strategies your nervous system hasn’t let go of, other times it’s tied to pressures of the present.
Together, we’ll get to know what your anxiety is trying to tell you or protect you from and how it’s showing up in your body and mind. With curiosity and practical tools, we'll untangle the fear, calm your nervous system, and make space for more peace, clarity, and confidence.
Journey to healing
In treatment for anxiety, we will:
Come home
Anxiety can take us outside our bodies, making us feel like we're out of control. We'll use somatic work and mindfulness techniques to ground you in yourself, freeing your mind to heal.
Explore
Anxiety often comes out as a way to protect us from internal fear or outside stressors. Together, we’ll get to know it, learn how to use it when needed, and let it rest when it's not.
Examine beliefs
We’ll uncover the core beliefs (like "I’m not enough” or “I’m a failure") that may have taken root, then gently shift these patterns and build new beliefs that honor your value and build self-esteem.
