I am an approved supervisor providing associate-level clinical social workers supervision toward toward licensure throughout Washington State.

More than just hours on a form, I work with social workers to become the type of clinician you dreamed about being in grad school.​

  • Developing a clinical identity and theoretical orientation that's genuinely yours and that you can explain and defend

  • Strengthening how you think through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

  • Recognizing and using counter-transference as useful clinical information and staying grounded in the midst of it

  • Examining how your own identities, biases, and blind spots intersect with your clients' and what that means for the therapeutic relationship

• Ethical & Legal Frameworks

  • Getting familiar with the WAC/RCW requirements, NASW Code of Ethics, and board standards well enough to apply them with confidence in real situations

  • Building documentation systems that work for you and hold up under review

  • Exploring your clinical interests and finding trainings and materials that help you hone them

  • Building toward private practice, a specialization, or whatever comes next after licensure

  • Practicing feedback that's direct and useful, in both directions

About Me

​​Throughout my career, I have worked in economic development, immigration, community mental health (therapist, SUD counselor, and supervisor), and now in private practice. My clinical interests are attachment and developmental and religious trauma, I am currently working toward EMDR certification.​
